i dont disagree with cutting staff and cutting Deans salary, however redundancies are expensive and will have a massive negative impact on the next quarterly.. It will no doubt save DW8 money in the future but I fear if the next quarterly is heavily impacted by redundancies and shows uncreased costs we will get further smashed and may not be able to recover (assuming we can recover from here).
