Thanks mate the point i was getting at was without seeing actual figures its hard to determine the actual reason for flat growth. Re opening of trade doesnt matter much when our main market is under water for half the year and to say the reason is our clients have found a better platform is quite absurd.

We also need to wait and hear what these points of friction were. Could be something easy and simple, or something that takes clients off platform.
