Top 17 shareholders own 18.5% of the company, yet not one of them is an investment fund or financial institution...
They're just not taking the risk, there hasn't been a decent case made to entice these guys. The financial runway is looking quite dire despite all their efforts with less than a year of cash left.
Sad to say, but I think it'll be a miracle if this survives the next 2 quarters and DT and MA appear to agree by investing no more capital. Even RC doesn't appear to be in the top 20 holders.
