Insiders not joining as there is almost guaranteed to be another cap raising, potentially waiting to collect shares at 0.05c.

Disjointed messaging though with c suite not joining but Evans + Walker supposedly taking up full entitlement- Evans will buy roughly 4.5M shares at 1.1c... so only 40k worth..should remember though he does make 150k pa as non exec board member, so 150k to do sweet fa is a pretty good deal.. so sacrificing a real amount of around 10k for a position worth 150k to maintain optics for his next roles isn't dumb.. he goes down as a loyal board member fighting to the end type etc..

Pretty much within 6-12 months there will be another cap raise.. no real need to guess why no one wants in- esp with market price consistently lower than entitlement & options strike..

At this point the play here is damage control and tax planning... Interesting to note though that while the whole market is on fire DW8 has structured up.. could show a short term technical bottom being in..
