Sure - it's hard to paint a positive picture but to be fair, Triton (& parent Ascent Bridge Limited) are going through issues of their own & if they couldn't get the money soon enough and had issues honouring the term sheet, very little DW8 could have done so it's in the best interest of shareholders to raise institutionally elsewhere...

The timing of it all is annoying but all well. Put it in the bottom drawer, check back later on in the year and pray for a good Christmas/summer season.
