To be honest I'm not impressed in the purchase...

I like the signing of 186 new wineries that is a plus.. that is the most positive of the announcement.. however if that's the best bit than why not name some of the key customers... did this acquisition include some well esteemed brands or did they just buy a bucket of shit? It leaves an investor to ponder...

If you are going to pay 2.4m for it, fine - I can see the growth that can be achieved to extract more benefits however paying script at a discount at 4.4 cents vs 5.2-5.5 cents (where it traded around) is piss poor negotiation..

Market place delay - i'm okay with... not great but can live with & support that due to covid... on boarding brands etc..

IF the business did 1.5m revenue in FY 20, what was the run rate in the last 3months... I would estimate much higher so has the company just gifted this new GM 12.5m shares... again no trading update due to the effects of COVID & increasing sales leave me to ponder, have they set a soft target of 2.5m revenue by FY21...
