Good to see - concentrate on the core parts of the business that are likely to be the most profitable. I'm also glad to see they are trimming renumeration, makes little sense to pay your executives significant dollars if they aren't delivering value for the company. It's going to take some time to turn around and see any benefits but hopefully this is a good first step.
