This company is currently way overvalued for what they do and where they are in their development and they are now pivoting as their current business model is not working.as hoped

They started out sub contracting all their logistics' with the main game being the market place and to cutout the distributer
But they have purchase a freight business in SA and now a logistics business and partnered with several distributors

And the reasons for purchasing Partons is that it provides them with more control and reliability over deliveries which is just an admission the the sub-contracting model was not meeting their expectation.

As to the market place its' almost 12 months late and they still dont release any numbers on this business which is clearly a red flag

This company is currently just a loss making logistics company. It may turn into something better eventually. They have just purchased a loss making logistics business with twice their revenue for around 5m yet DW8 is worth 150M.

DW8 is not a tech business, using multiplies of revenue to value it is just absurd and using case growth to indicate what a great growth company is also ridiculous.

At some point in time you have to look beyond the smoke and mirrors and look at the financials' which to date have shown no improvement. Revenue is growing but costs are growing faster

And i am sure I will be attacked as a non holder but it should be obvious why i don't hold.

And yes I wish i had bought some early and sold them to the true believers

"The Company is pleased to advise that it has received firm commitments to raise gross proceeds of $7,500,000 via a share placement (@ 0.065) to institutional and sophisticated investors" sophs are backing DW8 - the term is "Follow the Smart money" , they clearly have better understanding in what Dean & co are doing, more than a couple of wanna be Retail "investors" who have missed (and will continue to miss) the gravy because they think they know more than the market
