I can completely understand the arguments for and against this CR.

In my view, this is positive for the business. They've secured additional funding and have also proven to an institutional investor that the business has significant upside. That's not to say it doesn't carry risk, I'm sure they saw plenty in DXN. It was just outweighed by the opportunity.

Disappointed they couldn't support the SP by buying on market.

I don't expect any serious positive momentum in DXN's SP for at least 6+ months. As such, I don't pay much weight to these fluctuations.
