    2 scenarios IMO:
    • To create an opportunity for a friend of DXN to come in at a low price.
    • Potentially some interested party has approached DXN for a corporate deal and MM wasnt up for it => hence he was kicked out in order for the deal to proceed. Very similar to how PPS kicked out Ohanessian.
