    I've been watching this for about six months now, seems to be gaining some momentum in terms of contracts, does not look like that has been priced in at this point (should beat PY revenue based on what has been announced in the last six months with a lot of time to win more work and materially outperform it).

    Finally dipped my toe in the water, will accumulate more if and when more deals get announced.
