Seems is losing the fight cash burn vs new contracts so yes... 1.3 is a bad sign as seems likely will go back to year ago level where was great trading with several bags on offer...
Chart been VERY clear with easy to follow channels...
Despite the poor outlook will hold my free carry @ 1,6 as there is always hope a BIG contract will land...
That said... there is a harsh lesson here for nubies who may have been cunvinced by all the rampers that the big Gov't contract called for when was hitting 4c was imminent and certain and that's a looooong while ago now...
