What are the pluses or minuses of selling on ASX now rather than waiting for teh Scheme ?

As I see it;

PLUS 1. Immediate sale & certainty (removes time delay)

MINUS; 1. Current Tax Year (may not be problem for some.
2. Slightly lesser price (about 2 cents per share)
