As the late (and disgraced) Rene Rivkin would say ... the first offer is very seldom the last. As an example, the RDF offer I referred to above was increased from 92c to 96c (without a competing bid). There are plenty of other property managers who like to expand their industrial interests and capability, So I’d say a reasonable chance of a competing bid or a sweetener from DEXUS.
