1. First, the CEO earning a big salary has resigned last July.
2. Secondly, the directors recently took a big pay cut.
3. Third, it appears DY6 have not yet appointed any high paid CEO.
4. Fourth, the board appear to be running DY6 on the smell of an oily rag, spending merely $296,000 last quarter.
5. Fifth, on 24/4/25, DY6 made a possibly incredible acquisition, next door to PUA, which is shaping up to find billions of tonnes of rutile that sells for US$1500 per tonne.
6. Sixth, the acquisition is largely performance based, where the vendor receives only $350,000 in cash, 10 million shares for the acquisition and 10 million shares for exploration success.
7. Seventh, the directors also receive four lots of 2 million performance shares in the events the undiluted market grows to $12.5M, then $20M, then $30M then $40M.
Objectively, everything looks super clean here and not a "lifestyle" company at all. Looks excellent.
