My guess is today's announcement is cryptic for a reason. Dyesol probably can't say too much because it will be Tata who makes the official mill announcement...ie commencement date, mill capacity, government assistance, jobs created etc etc.
Milestone meetings with the WG are usually on a Wednesday (UK time) and get reported here the following day. I'm hoping the 3 day reporting delay this time around is due to DYE and Tata taking some time to consider how they're going to coordinate their announcements.
Just a theory. I'll probably be proven wrong.
