Its all to do with government subsidies and grants .
DYE looking to tap into government grants and will need a local presence .
Once the PR machine gets rolling ,especially with the Corus production inching closer ,there will be a lot of activity in my opinion .
Local offices will make good business sense .I can imagine an avalanche of interest in Dye solar in the near future .
