    Guys I'm very late to the table with the conversation, long time holder of Vimy 2018 I first started acquiring

    Question, correct me if I'm wrong with this merger my VMY shares get converted into DYL and I lose my vmy holdings?

    Or is it I still hold on to my VMY shares and acquire DYL?
