As a long term EMA/VMY shareholder I'm honestly pretty happy with the long term implications of this merger.

Profits will be transferred to a U 389lb beast, with great near / mid term projects and exploration potential, cash i the bank, and competent / proven management team.

If you were looking to 'cut and run' in the short term, maybe it's not as good as you would have liked. But the long-term upside is quite significant IMHO. If you got in VMY early and held, you're going to do well. Potential multi-x returns in the 4-6yr period are a reality.

Well done to all... especially the long term holders.
