original offer which got knocked back required 3.74 Vimy shares to acquire 1 Deep Yellow share

then Vimy raised funds and issued more Vimy shares in the process

now the latest merger proposal only requires 3.401 Vimy shares to acquire 1 Deep Yellow share

that equates to a better offer with less Vimy shares now required to acquire 1 Deep Yellow share

and that’s after Vimy issued a sheet load more shares for the capital raising

the obvious big winners were those that participated in the Vimy capital raising

the obvious big losers were Deep Yellow shareholder IMO

now we need JB to realise the full potential of Vimys assets to make it a worth while merger
