I note that application for this merger is to be lodged in Court during May, and approval is expected in July. Perhaps some informed holder can answer the following questions:
1 Is there a deadline on the conversion offer from VMY to DYL shares?
2 Does this share conversion offer apply from the date of Court application or approval?
3 Are holders free to trade VMY shares until Court approval of the merger without affecting the share conversion offer?
Any insight would be appreciated.
