What's it worth to the Chinese to secure future supply for their plans?
What's it worth to the Japanese who sold off stockpiles and are now planning restarting their reactors?
What I do know is that companies from both countries paid more than $3.8 per pound in the ground to secure supply. Time will tell what it is worth.
