The only posters who think this is a good offer appear to be a former disgruntled shareholder and DYL owners that have a vested interest in the outcome.
Anyone with investment sense knows it's a terrible offer and has no chance of success. In my experience successful takeovers of large caps tend to need a premium of 20-30% and the specs that I have been associated at least 70%-100%+.
