Less tonnes, zero management, higher construction cost, approvals uncertainty, less exploration opportunity and no customer credibility…. and yet it’s a fair deal that DYL value VMY at 50%
as I’ve noted earlier that’s delusional and would be a horrible deal for DYL shareholders
