I expect a much better offer than this, especially after DYL had tried to engage with our board on SEVERAL OCCASIONS.
Make no mistake about it, there's likely to be several other suiters circling VMY, and I'd be livid if we dropped our pants and accepted a crappy offer anywhere near this. We are perfectly set up in this cycle to take full advantage of the coming boom.
Being in a tier 1 mining jurisdiction makes us a very attractive acquisition in these uncertain times where security of supply is likely to become a top priority.
