Excellent news.

While DYL's offer was 'fair' given the current market, imho VMY is playing it smart by stretching out the 'review' process.

It made sense for DYL to swoop in an purchase VMY at the indicated price as they want to maximize benefit to their shareholders, however we know VMY will gain significantly in value as U price heads skyward.

VMY are playing it smart. They're not 'desperate' (22M in the bank brah), they're taking their time, delaying making a decision, and we will see the market grow. Lets see what offers come out over the next 6M. I imagine any future offers will be a LOT more favorable.

To me, it indicates the VMY board have smarts + balls of steel. As a significant holder of both VMY and DYL, I cannot help but smile.
