I think it may be worth emphasising inside yesterday's annoucement that there have been approaches by multiple parties, implying DYL could have been just one offer out of multiple others. Would be curious to know how the others stacked up. Although the VMY board allowing DYL's to lapse didn't seem to indicate much urgency in further negotiating their offer and maybe not even have particularly stood out amongst the others.
