BOE wont sell off its stockpile to spot to fund the project or for M&A.
They will use their stockpile most likely to secure early term contracting to derisk and help with securing finance.
VMY is a great reaource, and highly leveraged to uranium prices.
4 main issues i see though
- No capability in management to progress the project (susprised if anyone is left)
- Cant export out of WA itself, will need to go through SA to ship
- No export permit from what i can tell?
- Capex is substantial
If anyone can provide clarity around theae though would be appreciated.
