Dont agree with your assessment, but I get it. I'm not sure of the exact 'internal' details involving M Young / J Tapp so cant comment.
I do think the Board have shown significant nous, and some strength of character with all this. Also, I'd be REALLY surprised if they havnt been going hard to recruit exec's - Vimy would be an appealing prospect for an experienced mining exec. I'm just hoping there are still good candidates out there. My only apprehension with Vimy is the current state of the management team - everything else is spot on.
I hope you see the light in the future Phish... and eventually come back to the fold. ;-)
