Their has been a massive 'brain drain' in the uranium sector over the last 10 years, with the lack of investment over this time people left the industry to greener pastures long ago.
Management is one side of this, as most uranium management have been living off cap raises and options for years, doesn't attract the best talent...
So right now we have a pinch of producers, a hand full of developers and a bucket load of exploration kicking off now.
Which developers and explorers get solid management behind them are going to be the next producers in this comming bull market.
