    No thanks DYL. Please get serious with your offer price of 30.25c. 1 to 1 maybe?

    DYL is overvalued and VMY is very cheap in comparison. Shareholder would get shafted if they accepted. Just look at the historical share price for both companies going back 5 - 10 years.
