Seems like some are trying to convince holders that this is a good offer , good to see management didn't acknowledge the offer and with another six parties that have contacted VMY with interest, should see a offer better than 30.25c. My opinion is that once the last permit is received we will see a offer worth accepting. (nothing less than $5 lb in the ground)
The offer could have just been JB keeping to his word as he did a raise of $41 million in February for acquisitions and this was Deep Yellows first offer since the raise, so he may have thrown out a pot luck offer and if accepted would be a good deal for DYL and nothing lost if not accepted.
