Be realistic at 45c VMY would be valued more than DYL MC and DYL has about $72m on hand with a real Management team, and the offer is in today price with the UP move up because of this offer not what mite be in 6 months time,.. Like i posted value would be in a DYL being re-rating with a deal done.. Out of the 6 interested parties (trier kickers) who would really have a realistic chance,.. BOE maybe but its got a high MC already... I think current VMY board and SH would want DYL to merge with but are play hard ball and bluff..
