Yes I am sure he definitely made the decision. Building the team around where he wants to see SYA progress in the future. Looks like he is hitting the ground running. Good to see and probably why we haven't heard much from him yet. Lots to get happening. Imagine how good this will make him look if he an really turn this around. Will be a massive feather in his cap that is for sure.
