One only has to hope that we dont get sold off for pittance when we all know our true assets value here and should fight for our share.

An the only thing tying SYA to PLL is a JV 72/25% split and their 50% priority offtake purchase.

If SYA signs up with a giant who is willing to fast track spod conversion, its farewell to PLLs 50% offtake arrangement and they simply receive 25% of the JV proceeds from this.

Not complicated or difficult, its as per what was outlined in their offtake and as the chem plant wouldnt be PLL/JV owned its not preferentially delivered there.

SYA supplies 75% of the NAL and its portion of Moblan in exchange for fast track chem conversion.

Though, realistically, PLL would have to give up something in order to get something.... A chem giant isnt going to let them walk with 25% of JV converted spod because thats their share. They havent given up anything for the conversion so it would be something PLL would need evaluate.

It may not even involve NAL or the JV it might be Moblan which is SYA and government and PLL doesnt get a say in the matter and can "fob off"
