There is nothing in the financials that I can see that even suggests that the debt isn't serviceable. As per thebigbadbear, it was used to acquire the businesses that are contributing to circa $7m EBITDA, with nothing to suggest the future financials will not follow that trajectory. This new CEO has a very strong track record of steering ships through this phase of growth also - do some reading. Its a very comfortable investment for me.
