Rising debt isn't a worry, it was used to acquire 2 businesses since they listed. It has gone from a company just breaking even to a company making almost $7m EBITDA in 3 months.If they can replicate the last quarter over a 12 month period you are looking at a business that could make $15m npata with a marker cap of $35m and $23m net debt... Which will probably be down to under $10m net debt in 12 months time... Which means they could probably even do another smaller acquisition over the next 12 months...
