Hard one to prove given 'satisfactory DD' is highly subjective to each entity conducting such DD.
The reality is that Dynavolt just did an emergency CR last week & are clearly stumped for cash / liquidity.
It's the market, sometimes things like this happen.
Some will buy, some will sell... also the market
Unfortunate timing that the dow has its worst day in 18 months as a precursor to this news...
