so the way I read this announcement with a bit of hazy HMD confusion and dot connecting goes a bit like this..

1400 licenses to be in effect pretty much from next month. 1,000 are at $500 USD as per initial terms of agreement and the other 400 are either at that same price or the full $600? dunno? however 1400 at $500 USD is pretty close to 1 quarter of revenue, add in the hundred or so at Mednax and we can pretty much rule off 1/4 of the required HMD yearly revenue. circling back to the Mednax trials (and tribulations..) they could not proceed any further due to reimbursement, which is no longer the case...

the commentary about larger systems integration aligns with the availability of CPT codes. Mednax could not proceed due to reimbursement issues. If the payment side is now sorted it would allow a third party provider to use HeraCARE in a white label product format to generate business and that is precisely what is happening with e-Lōvu.

Should e-Lōvu nail 1 more agreement with a larger provider then it stands to reason that at least another 1500 licenses are in the pipeline and realistically maybe 2,000 or more. That's a second quarter of revenue covered next year. e-Lōvu is converting faster than Australia which makes sense given the reduced red-tape of the American system. Once you are in and reimbursing then it just gets easier over there. The initial FDA and CPT hurdles put the competition at a bit of a distance, e-Lōvu and Big Keith are past those steps. I am of the belief that pilot to commercialisation is about 6 months over stateside so I feel the likelihood of extra revenue next year is looking good.

On the revenue side of things... 2700+ licenses are in use at JHC , you get 2 mums a year per device and apparently HMD charges at something near $60k a month so thats close to another quarter of revenue. add in Melbourne mums, Joondy O/G and GC Health and we have a third quarter covered. I would imagine that GC Health would convert to commercial terms after July or August next year so that will kick out the last of the quarters of revenue...
