Not necessarily true. The current production level is enough to supply most of the HMPN requirements for the offtakes. In fact, the company doesn't need the ore business to be profitable in order to proceed to HPMN. Why would GM and Stellantis sign an offtake with a company that is struggling with the ore side of business? They are smarter than you and I and know much more than we do. The Mn is there, that's the main point. The current ore problems are minor inn the greater scheme of things.
