When were you last in the USA? I know as a fact most Americans do not want EVs contrary to what you might think. Musk knows that Trump will put tariffs on Chinese EVs so that will help him rather than needing to discount due to Chinese imports.
I'd be concerned when Trump says
"First off, he said he would “rescind all unspent funds” in President Joe Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act, which includes many of the administration’s efforts to incentivize EV production in the US. Trump is likely to kill these incentives, everything from the EV tax credit to incentives for battery factories and mining."
If E25 doesn't have the funds in the bank, then I would be concerned.
