Considering he has at some stage actually appealed to Chinese EV makers to build in the US, difficult to see him renege on an Overseas company like E25 building an actual plant in a heartland like Louisiana. With Elon now firmly in his corner and Tesla up a trillion or two since re election, I feel we're well placed. Dotting i's and crossing T's following Septembers award/selection.
