Currently E25 isn't supplying any product to Stellantis or buying anything from Stellantis but they do have Stellantis as a shareholder and have their debt commitment for the HPMSM plant. Given their relative sizes, E25 is most likely not dealing with this departing CEO but with a layer of management several steps down into the Stellantis corporate structure. It may however create either a re-emphasis of the importance of securing a lot of HPMSM or a view to try and stall/back out of commitments.
