- Further grants for Butcherbird - Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility - NAIF
- Final commitment from the US government's Department of Energy to award the $166 million grant
- Clarification of final financing obligations
- 3rd offtake partner (alongside General Motors and Stellantis)
- Start of construction of the HPMSM plant in the USA/Louisiana
