While the greenfields site below ticks the Sulfuric acid box & close proximity to Mississippi River and bulk distribution (via rail), its a greenfields site so there would be incremental costs in relation to power, water & sewer systems all of which may have permitting issues. If brownfields sites don't have significant contamination to deal with, they will frequently be better for power, water, sewer and natural gas connections and with any luck existing air permits that are suitable. Its good that E25 is continuing to explore options.
