You can often spot the large CR's some distance away because there is concurrently an obvious need for capital (which you and everyone else have spotted) but also a major ramp-up in the corporate publicity. There's the approvals received announcements. There's one or more investor presentation announcements. There's some sort of fluff announcement that wasn't really needed but occurs anyway. There is often a release (or re-release) of a feasibility study with the obligatory high NPV, quick payback, high IRR etc (even if the assumptions are a little questionable). There might also be a new off-take deal.
March and early April had many of the hallmark's of a potential CR soon with the 12 March, 19 March, 2 April announcements going bang, bang, bang. There wasn't however (yet) the re-release of an updated feasibility study for the HPMSM plant or more offtake's. The quarterly was then released early which was again consistent with having all information necessary out in the public domain, then nothing.
At the moment there is just radio silence from E25 with no announcements from E25 (other than the quarterly) since 2 April. The two months and counting of silence that has occurred is not consistent with a large CR coming very soon.
