Not sure what to make of this. I guess the relevant information is that they are in discussions with Malaysian authorities about a plant there? That's great but what's this thought bubble about plants all around the world? Who would give that any weight given they can't get the simple dig and ship operation going?
Am I missing something or is it just an attempt to dress up a minor announcement as something more major?
Meanwhile, the bigger problem is there's apparently no good news to be reported on the ore operation...
