Regarding DoE its the other way around. The grant has been awarded. E25 has entered into a contractual agreement with the Department of Energy relating to a cost-share arrangement in relation to a HPMSM facility in Louisiana. The market is speculating that the US government may try to back-out of the commitments it has made. E25 can't really respond to speculation that the contract it has with the US government isn't going to be honoured if E25 undertakes the tasks required of it under the agreement.
