So 8.7M shares get issued with the receivers believing that 33c/share is a good deal and E25 are still trading at less than 30c.
Is it the unknown of Trump and the agreement that is holding things back? I really do not understand why the shares are not at $1+ and what it will take to get them to rise to what many pundits (who are smarter than me) state is the fair value.
