Very nice analysis.
To me, there are 2 things holding the price back:
1. They need to confirm the Louisana project and start actually building (I didn't realise the funding was only 11m or so off from being totally funded)
and
2. A actual decision on Butcherbird
I don't believe much of a cap raise is needed if naif funding is approved. I am just frustrated that they don't believe in actual action - the planning since the initial disaster is absolute 1st class - just make a decision and move forward!
